I thought i could just install grub onto the same partion ubuntu sits on and not to the mbr. Got up this morning to find Ubuntu restarted I just lock the screen at night , now when I try to start gedit I use it for code snippets to reference it doesn't appear I just want it to boot directly in Wah!
